Q. Am I ordering from NAMLE or Destination Education, Inc.?
A. You are ordering from Destination Education, Inc. (DEI), headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska. DEI has been contracted by NAMLE to provide all fulfillment services for the NAMLE Marketplace -- from processing your order and payment, to packing and shipping it to you. But your purchase directly benefits NAMLE through royalties paid to NAMLE on every sale.


Q. I am an NAMLE member. How do I claim my 5% discount?
A. NAMLE is pleased to provide to its active paid members a 5% overall discount plus free shipping with a minimum purchase of $50. When you check out look for a box that says "coupon code" and type in the word: "member" to trigger the 5% discount on your total order. If we later check the order and find you are not an active paid member, the order will not be shipped and you will be contacted.


Q. If I become a member when I order, am I able to get the discount?
A. Yes, join NAMLE today and your discount applies immediately. Follow the instructions on the shopping cart check-out process. Type in "member" when prompted for a code.


Q. Order confirmation: How will my order be confirmed and what type of receipt will I get?
A. Orders submitted through the NAMLE Marketplace shopping cart will receive an email confirmation from DEI. In addition, orders submitted using a purchase order will receive an invoice from DEI at the time the merchandise is shipped. For credit card orders, your credit card statement will show the amount charged was from Destination Education, Inc. / Lincoln, NE.

Orders submitted by fax or telephone will receive a hard copy receipt from DEI in the form of a packing slip with the merchandise and an invoice. If paid by credit card, the invoice will include this information.


Q. Order delivery: How will my order be shipped and when?
A. Your order should normally be shipped within two business days and should arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

Can I get it faster? Yes! Complete and submit your online order then contact DEI (800-347-4047 or 402-435-0110) to provide credit card information to cover the additional shipping cost.


Q. Shipping and handling: How much is shipping and handling for US customers?
A. Add 7%, minimum or $5.00, to all orders for shipping and handling. If you are an active, paid member of NAMLE, you will receive free shipping on orders above $50.


Q. International shipments: Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes! DEI ships world wide using U.S Mail or couriers such as FEDEX or UPS. Because of the variation in shipping methods and costs, international orders must be handled according to the following procedure:
  1. Complete the online order form as usual. Be sure to include your country in the address as well as an email address and fax number.
  2. On the payment screen, choose the "Purchase Order" option and type in the word: "International."
  3. Submit your order.
  4. DEI will contact you about shipment options and obtain your credit card information to cover both the products ordered and the shipping method you select.
  5. Alternatively you may submit your own purchase order direct to DEI by fax to 402-435-0119. Please provide e-mail address as backup contact information.


Q. Payment options: What forms of payment do you accept?
A. DEI accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. These payments are processed using PayPal which provides total security of your information. Neither NAMLE or DEI maintains your credit card information.

Schools, libraries and other educational institutions may process a Purchase Order and pay from an invoice issued by DEI. Payment terms are net 30 days from date of the invoice.


Q. Can I request resources for preview or "On Approval?"
A. We are not able to send products out "on approval" or for preview. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it within 30 days with a brief explanation. DEI will work with you to replace it with a more appropriate product or issue a refund according to your instructions.


Q. Ordering options: Do I have to order online through the website?
A. The most secure way to order is online because your credit card is secure through the PayPal system. However, orders may also be submitted by mail, fax: (402) 435-0119 or through our Toll Free phone: (877) 347-4047. We will need your payment information at the time of ordering whether it is a Purchase Order number or credit card.


Q. Can I get a quotation or special pricing for large orders?
A. We are happy to work with you on price quotations and the possibility of discounts for large orders. Send an email to namle@shopdei.com or call Toll Free (877) 347-4047 to discuss your needs.


Q. Returns: Can purchases be returned?
A. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it in saleable condition within 30 days with a brief explanation. DEI will replace it or issue a refund according to your instructions. Your only cost is return postage.


Q. Rights: What rights are granted with each audio-visual product?
A. Most products include "life of tape" audiovisual, school district circulation and public performance rights. Send Email to namle@shopdei.com or call Toll Free (877) 347-4047 if you have a question about rights.


Q. Sales tax: Do I need to pay sales tax?
A. Sales tax is only applicable to sales made in Nebraska, North Carolina and Texas. If a sales tax exemption number is provided for Nebraska or Texas then no sales tax will be collected. DEI is required by North Carolina to collect sales tax.


Q. Email address: Will my email address be shared with anyone?
A. No. The email address you provide when ordering from the website will be used only for order confirmation. Neither NAMLE or DEI will share your information with anyone and we do NOT sell customer information to other parties. Click here to view our privacy policy.


Q. Closed-Captioned: Are your video products closed-captioned?
A. Many video products are closed-captioned. Each product has a description that should provide this information.
