Pull on your boots and wade through the mud to explore the diverse life in a pond ecosystem. Collect plants and seeds with urban ecologist Carmen Cid, Ph.D., and then return to the greenhouse to conduct experiments.
Observe the effects of environmental change on pond life, and learn about the growth, survival, and reproduction of plants. Find out how plant ecologists help other scientists learn what keeps wetlands healthy.
